    A short page with your name and your message, and a form for their address. Click here to try it yourself. They don't need an account and it takes under a minute.

  • What do you do with the address details?

    We save address details securely in our own database and only display them in the user's Mailbook. We do not share your address details with any other party. Read more about our data policy in our terms of service.

  • Is Mailbook safe to use?

    Yes, Mailbook is safe to use. We pride ourselves with our privacy and safety precautions: we don't share addresses with third parties and data is stored with strong encryption.

    We protect inactive accounts with 2FA, enforce SSL and have Content-Security-Policy setup against XSS attempts.

  • How do I get my addresses back out of Mailbook?

    Mailbook exports your list as an Excel or CSV file, with the address already split into separate fields. That is the format card printers such as Minted, Shutterfly or Zola ask for, and it opens in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers.

  • How do I print my contacts on labels?

    Mailbook lays your addresses out as a print-ready PDF, fitted to the dimensions of your label sheets, so you can print them at home.

  • How do you make money?

    Collecting addresses is free, and always will be. We do not sell data or serve ads. We fund Mailbook by printing and shipping ready-made address labels in the countries we deliver to, currently the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain. Everywhere else, the export and the printable label sheets are free.

  • How does Mailbook compare to Postable?
